Thom Banks has been a staple in the dance music community in the City of Gardens since the late 90's. His blend of house music ranges from jackin' house to minimal tech funk to deep techno house to straight-up house music. Thom has earned himself many residencies over the years and has been invited to play at the best festivals, parties and nightclubs, including numerous Lotus Long Weekends @ the Lotus Sound Lounge in Vancouver, Full Moon Parties in Thailand, slick beach clubs in Mexico, and of course, Soundwave, west coast Canada's fabled 3-day electronic music festival.

His tight mixing, unparalleled track selection and keen ability in interpreting his crowd on the dance floor has allowed him to play alongside names such as Mathew Jonson, Dave Seaman, Mark Farina, Lawnchair Generals, The Mole, Bassnectar and Dirt Crew, just to name a few. Often considered a DJ's favourite DJ, Thom can lay down beats that are subtle and smooth or thick and chunky - either way, his selection and mixing always breaks new ground.
